Furniture Delivery Cost?

Wherever possible, items are dispatched on a standard delivery charge. However, fragile, heavy and large items require delivery by a specialist carrier and need additional insurance. The extra charges applied are to ensure that the product reaches you in perfect condition. Delivery of fragile, heavy and large items requires a bespoke delivery charge.






Never help the driver again!

All of our heavy items are delivered by a two man team who upon request will unpack the furniture for you, and upon request remove the packaging.
You get the opportunity to check the furniture for damage and even return it to us straight away should it not look as you expected. See our returns information for more details.  What's more, our drivers will give you a call on route to let you know a window when they expect to arrive.
 
 
How long do I have to wait for delivery?


 We will always try to deliver your new furniture within ten days, on a mutually convenient day fpr you.  You will be contacted with available time slots – so there’s no staying in all day wondering when we’re going to arrive.

     
What happens if I am not in on the delivery day?
 
Furniture purchases: Our delivery company will call you in advance of the delivery to arrange the day and time, so you don't have to worry about not being in. If they do not give you enough notice please make this known when they call and they will reschedule for you at no extra cost. (This will usually be the same week unless you are in a remote area).
 
 
I’m worried about damage in transit
 
Don’t be. Providing you adhere to our policy there is nothing to worry about here.

Step 1.
 
You will need to take a good look at your item when it arrives to ensure you are happy with its condition. We have ways which make this easy for you, so don't worry, the driver(s) won't turn up unannounced!  (full details will be emailed to you after purchase, but  feel free to give the office a call if you have any questions at all).
 
Step 2.
 
If in the (rare) event your item is damaged when it arrives simply ask the driver(s) to take it away. The rejected unit will arrive back in the warehouse within 2 days, where it will be checked, and a new unit sent out to you in the quickest possible time.
 
Step 3.
 
Receive your undamaged item.


 
Will the drivers carry my item(s) up the stairs?
 
Yes! We try to offer the best possible service at My French Interiors and we are happy to deliver items to any room you require. Just show the driver where it is to be delivered to and they will assess whether or not he/she can physically manoeuvre the items into place and will only do so if items pass freely through the spaces provided.
