How can I order?

Either online here, or just send us your order and contact details by email here.


How much is delivery?

We do not make any profit on deliveries. We work with Mainfreight Precision and we will quote you their price to us. Please note that delivery price is to the nearest town you list and that if you live in a rural, this might incur extra cost.


What extras do I get with your delivery service?

We work with Mainfreight precision as they provide a two-man home delivery service of fragile goods nationally. They are also one of the only sub contractors in New Zealand that are able to assist us with a direct quotation online for large heavy items. They are also very professional.


How soon can you deliver?

Usually within a few days.  If the items is not in stock, you will ne notify on our website as we do not take order for product that we don’t have in stock. If not in stock, you have the opportunity to pre order or to find out about delivery  time by clicking on product information on our website.


How can I pay?

We accept Bank deposit and Paypal.

What happens if I am not in on the delivery day?

If it's furniture you're buying (i.e. chests, bedsides, dressing tables) our delivery company will call you in advance of the delivery to arrange the day and time, so you don't have to worry about not being in. If they do not give you enough notice please make this known when they call and they will reschedule for you at no extra cost. (This will usually be the that week unless you are in a remote area).
 
I’m worried about damage in transit

Don’t be. Providing you adhere to our policy there is nothing to worry about here. Although damage does occur from time to time we have a clear procedure which works very well.


Where is my delivery?

If you think your delivery is overdue please contact us for tracking details.

 
Where does your furniture come from?

Sorry, this is our little secret, however we can let you know that the furniture is sourced from all over the world and only from ethical sources. Our wood furniture is sourced only from sustainable forests. All the bone used in our furniture is camel bone procured from reliable sources, for each shipment we have to get a wild life certificate from the government prior to shipping. The bone is collected form camels that have died of natural causes.
 

Can I collect my purchase(s)?

Yes! Please see info under "Collect from the warehouse".

 
Do you have a shop where I can view the items?

We are not a conventional shop as the overheads involved would mean we couldn’t sell at our products so competitively, however we operate a showroom with most items on display. Please see details under "showroom". collections.
 
Do you have a brochure you can send me?

Sorry we are online only, however if you would prefer to speak to someone personally please feel free to contact us via email or telephone


Can I order if I live abroad?

Yes, it's very easy. Just give us a call on 0064 (0) 21170 8201 or send us an email and we'll put you in contact with a good transport company. Once you order they will come and pick up your items and deliver to you. Please note that Import duties, taxes and shipping charges are not included in the items price. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

 
Do you do more than just deliver?

Yes, we won't always install your bed but we will take away the wrapping for free, we will also place the furniture in the room of your choice.  Just let the guys know when they deliver your order.
